Request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery by emailing support@knotseriousco.com. Items should be unworn apart from reasonable indoor try-on, unwashed, with tags attached. Contact us for instructions and the return address before sending anything back. Change-of-mind and design-selection return postage is your responsibility; we cover necessary return shipping for confirmed faulty or incorrect items. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
