1. About Knot Serious

Knot Serious is operated by Yifeng LLC. In these terms, “Knot Serious,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that business. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products. Our contact details appear at the end of these terms.

These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from us, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. They do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or have any permission required under applicable law. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information.

3. Products and availability

Please review the product description, selected options and order summary before buying. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. These normal display differences do not limit your rights if the item is materially different from its description. Stock availability may change; if we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund payments for items we cannot supply.

4. Prices and payment

The checkout shows the payment currency, product price and applicable charges before you pay. Payment methods vary by location and are the methods offered at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases; this does not authorize us to increase a price already agreed for your order. If a genuine pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you with the available correction or cancellation options, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders

An automated order email acknowledges receipt of your order. If additional verification is reasonably required, we may contact you. If an order must be declined or cancelled because of availability, payment, fraud concerns or another lawful reason, we will explain the position and return amounts owed. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Processing and delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy. Please contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; fulfillment may limit our ability to stop a shipment. Returns and remedies are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Any mandatory rights in your place of residence continue to apply.

7. Website content and third-party services

Website materials may be owned by us or used with permission. Do not use protected content in a way that infringes the rights of its owner. Links to external services, including shipment tracking services, are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. This does not limit our responsibility for obligations we owe you as the seller.

8. Reviews and submissions

You retain ownership of your original reviews and other submissions. By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display it with the information you chose to make public and make limited formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, misleading or unrelated content in accordance with applicable law, but will not suppress a review merely because it is negative. Refunds and support are not conditional on positive feedback. Private support correspondence will be handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain a useful and accurate website, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We remain responsible for the obligations and product guarantees imposed on us by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. You are responsible for losses caused by your own unlawful misuse of the website to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order was placed, subject to mandatory law. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here requires you to give up a consumer protection or right to bring a claim that applies under mandatory law.
